Third Shift was founded by two leaders that have spent decades across the Healthcare, Financial Services, Property and Casualty Insurance and Technology industries. Throughout their experiences, delivering real and measurable results became a cornerstone of their brand.

Erin Broxson

Co-Founder

Erin Broxson co-founded Third Shift after decades of solving some of the largest corporations’ biggest challenges across healthcare, property and casualty and financial services.

She most recently led the Client Delivery and Success organization at an Artificial Intelligence healthcare technology company – solving financial and operational challenges for mid-sized MSOs and Health Systems/Providers.

Erin spent over a decade at America’s largest healthcare organization, accountable for reducing medical expense for payers, improving the total cost of care, and driving process improvement across the healthcare continuum.

Prior to healthcare, she spent a decade in Financial Services leading domestic and internal contact centers and eight years at Liberty Mutual Insurance focused on delivering a new Claims Adjudication platform, developing new Property products and cutting over 15% of expense across the enterprise.

Erin takes a thoughtful, collaborative and methodical approach to each challenge and opportunity, regardless of size. She’s focused on the end user, deconstructing each challenge to find the root, and ensuring that incremental value is realized – all while keeping a client’s culture at the root of what she does, as our teams are our biggest asset.
